Life Is Boring
I feel like my time in DC is running out. I desperately need to go somewhere that isn't DC.
I wish I were a man...that would make my need for adventure less dangerous. A big, imposing white man. No one takes women seriously. I feel like I'm on the verge of getting raped and murdered just sitting in my bedroom. *sigh*
I want to go to Shanghai, or Hong Kong. Or Singapore maybe? Somewhere different, with a lot of lights. I would love to go to Addis Ababa, or Monrovia, or somewhere that people don't talk about.
Eventually, I want to settle down in London, or Toronto, or Lagos, Brasilia...somewhere that isn't here. I actually feel like the District of Columbia is smothering me, as weird as that may sound.
But it could be worse...but I have to get up and go!!!!!!!!
