Gotta Do What You Gotta Do
Was at the birthday party for a friend from the cast tonight/this morning. Got out of there a little after 1 am. Driving home and switching through the radio dial I heard Michelle Branch's Goodbye to You.
So, even though it was after 1:30 when I got home, I HAD to crack open BtVS Season 6 for the vastly superior Bronze Mix.
God damn. You know, say what you will about season 6, but they had a good handle on the music that season, even beyond Once More With Feeling. Michelle Branch, Bush, Sarah McLachlan, and a few more I'll remember when I get my brain functioning again: All great tunes, all PERFECTLY placed emotionally.
