So ESPN.com's baseball analysts, the dozen of them, got together and voted themselves an All-Star team.
Out of all the starters at all postions, only two were unanimous votes.
Albert Pujols.
And Mr. Joseph Mauer.
I would say vote for him, but, hell, voting's done already and he's going to lose.
But he will be in the All-Star Game, along with either Johan or Francisco, I'll bet ya dollars to donuts.
All we can do now is wait till Sunday. That's when the starters, reserves, and pitchers will be announced.
