Well, if I actually remembered that I even have a Twitter account and checked the feed more than, like, once a week/month or so, then most of these would probably bother me as well.
(I'm sure something like "People who post a LJ post that will get autoforwarded to Twitter in which they plainly admit that they rarely pay attention to their Twitter feed" would make for a good #10 as well. Could, perhaps, be shortened to "People who post LJ posts that get autoforwarded to Twitter" even.)
