"Perhaps then we can put forward the idea that experiences have a gravity well of sorts, able to pull the mental and emotional functioning of a mind in a specific direction or cause curve in the traveled paths. This would explain the indecision we sometimes come across when making decisions on potentially emotional items. This would allow for multiple competing ideas, thoughts and emotions to have an affect on what we feel, think, see, say or hear without having a direct path to specific items as a cause and effect scenario."
I wrote this for a class on Psychology of Personality. It made me realize that I haven't written deeply for quite awhile. Life gets away and you let it because you figure if you can just get this part over with, it will be easier then. But I find myself missing the deeper part of myself, and a part of me wishes to go back to examining the inside and the outside, the odd and the inane and the things which still cause wonder in a world of jaded views. I think I will start showing here more often for some one-offs from life. Let's see if I can keep that commitment, shall we?
