I think I'm the opposite with weight, I'd rather see it on the scale than on myself... which I know makes absolutely NO sense at all. I know that if you're building any muscle the scale can not even matter, and of course it's better to look and feel good than to just have a number but I think I like that quantifiable measurement. I should try and change that!
I don't know what I'm doing at all, so if you have an advice it is most welcome! I'm not really dieting just because I -love- food and I know if I try to limit myself I'm going to end up eating stuff I normally wouldn't (I know, I'm stupidly stubborn like that) and I'll probably gain some stuff back once I stop dieting. But I eat pretty healthly, or at least as healthy as possible on a budget. I don't drink pop or eat a lot of junk, I just mostly am trying to eat more fruit & vegetables, and drink more water because I don't drink any at all barely! So that's where I am on the food front right now. Exercising I have even less of a clue, I usually go in to the gym for an hour and do cardio for like 50 minutes of that and use the weight machines for 10-20 minutes, depending on how bored I get. But today I'm starting this exercise book I bought for 'losing the last 10 pounds'. It's a 30-day thing where you can't cheat at all with food (D: byebye ice cream!) and work out I think almost every day, but maybe it'll give me that boost I need because I think I'm at my plateau. & then I do 2-3 classes a week. (I think I'm doing way too much cardio! D: haah)
Haha well thanks for letting me go on and on about my lack of an exercise routine XD, if you have any pointers at all I'm all ears because I really don't know what I'm doing!
Usually I'm relatively quiet with people, I tend to do more listening than talking. But every now and again I'll meet someone where I could talk for hours and I never seem to run out of things to say. I think you'd be one of those people! :)

Well you are doing everything I've been doing. I think the problem is YOU DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH TO LOSE!!! :D I do so its coming off of me at a realitively steady pace. I bet anything you are doing right now is just toning up and stuff so you aren't seeing it on the scale. Make sense? I guarantee you are doing just fine!!!
