Monday December 12 - Before 1st hour On the way to Homeroom A

The excitement of finals still rung in Rika's mind, she was curious to know what this made her placement in the school. She had to be in the top three, anything less would be unacceptable. Why did it take so long for the scores to up? It always made Rika antsy.
As she looked at the bulletin board she was disappointed to see the same old paper with the same school ranks. The sheet had a little graffiti on it and was worn. Rika decided she could print out another later in the student council room to replace this one. As she stood staring at the board a voice broke her concentration.
"Working hard Kitamura?" The strong smooth voice of Yamazaki sensei asked. Rika turned to face him.
"Don't I always." she smiled at him and giggled a little. She took him in for a moment and could still make out all the attractive feature that had drawn her attention before. It was weird knowing that only months ago she had the biggest crush on this man.
"Yeah you work a little too hard if you ask me, but you are sure to get in the University of your choice." Rika felt giddy just at the statement.
"I will see you in homeroom." Yamazaki said before giving a slight wave and walking away. Probably off to the teachers lunge. Rika closed her eyes and enjoyed the pleasant scent that always seemed to surround the other man.
Yamazaki was quite a man but she had Ryo and cared for the delinquent. He cleaned up a bit physically but still had a very immature attitude. Rika could work with that she enjoyed a challenge. Deciding that no matter how long she stood at the board the new ranks would not magically appear, Rika picked up her bag to move on. She had some homeroom duties to start before the others arrived and tried to decide what they were going to do for the Ronin parade.
