Sunday December 11 - 4:16 pm At work at the candy shop
Rika looked at the cute uniform one last time as she tired the pink apron over the white frilly skirt and matching blouse. She had decided to quit her job here at the candy shop finally. The only reason she had the job in the first place was because she got bored, spending most of her time studying she didn't have a social life to speak of on the weekends. When she started high school she asked for a job to gain experience and kill the time she had plenty of, and she was allowed to work the weekends.
Now she was getting a social life and didn't need it, the money wasn't that grand to convince her otherwise and this way she would have more time for Ryo. It was hard to spend time with him outside of school working around her study sessions and cram school, her weekends would be clear if it weren't for the job so she decided it was time to quit. She wondered how Ryo would respond to this, he would most likely be happy but what if his weekends were already booked by the gang. Surely he would find time for Rika.
She went over to the cases to refill them with sweets, she never thought she would have a boyfriend and she felt excited just thinking about it. Now she could do all the couple things that she was always secretly jealous of. A sigh escaped Rika, her parents would never approve of Ryo that was certain. She wouldn't have to worry about that for awhile until than she could work on fixing him up and making him worthy for her parents. Now that finals were over she considered spending time on studying how to be great girlfriend. She didn't want to mess this up after all.
