grrrr
SO!!! WE get a paper assignment last week on Tuesday for a 4-5 page paper due Thursday. Yeah, two days later. The best part aboutme not having a labtop in SPain is the frantic run for a computer everyday for the measly 5 or 6 hours I can get. Lovely for writing a paper that long. SO whatever, I hand it in and go off for theweekend doing the reast of my homework, whatever. Get to class on Monday, get my paper back and the reminder that the final draft is due Thursday and so is our TEN PAGE PAPER!!! Ugh! SO I get a topic, the falange, facist party of Spain in the 30s and 40s, so interesting. But so hard to write on, I don´t know anythinga bout it, so i bascially have to read this entire book to have the material for my paper. Lets jsut say, I am at page 6 1/2 and I have to turn it in in 22 minutes, fuck that! I´m not turning in the full assignment, im working on it over the weekend!! Take that Spain!!
We leave for Madrid tomorrow for the whole weekend too, so computer access is completely cut off in 21 minutes, ahh!!
Its amazing how much you depend on the computer and how much not having one sucks!
Can I just say though, taht I love spain, i love being here, so much so oooooo much. Its so great, the beauty, my mom, her cooking, the newadventure, learning the language, learning so much culture and history, the challenge of it, the newness. I love it, Im so glad I´m here. :)
