I am planning on running that evil campaign, i am planning to run it on weekends when taylor is busy so we wouldn't be able to play our normal group, i would like to run it in davis, but may not be able to if jason's work schedule is too hectic. Sweet!
Fridays I work till 9pm. Saturdays I work till 8 pm. Sundays I work till 7pm.
I'm thinking it will be like that for a while.

I was thinking of a possible evil character for if my druid died. But I suppose I'll use it in that campaign now. :)

I was thinking something along the lines of an evil spellcaster (didn't narrow it down from there yet). Most likely insane. That mindbender prestige class sounds like it would be fun... especially if my character was insane.

Anyways, I'm gonna have to look into all that some more when I get some time later this week.

what time do you start work? if you came up to play one night would you be able to stay? or could we play the next day, I only bring this up cause after work you usually are so tired you end up zoning out for half the adventure like last time we played.

ok, schedule:

Friday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 7:00pm.

I'd probably want to be getting home around 1:00 am, so that I don't accidentally sleep in past when I need to go to work XD

Ok, I decided which races will be allowed. All the normal races are allowed of course, and these ones will also be allowed ( ... )

If one was to choose Drow, would we have to have Lloth as our deity? Or can we choose another? Also, is there some magical sunglasses spell, or are we just staying underground most of the time?

No, a race isn't restricted to the deity associated with it, thought it would make a lot more sense for you to worship Lloth. although if you are a male priest it would make more sense not to worship Lloth as the males aren't allowed to become priests and would probably reject their deities discrimination, I will allow you to choose either though.

As for the sun problem, You could just try to stay inside during daylight hours. For example you could plan it so all your excursions occured at night, plus as long as the sun doesn't surprise you it is only a -1 on attacks and spot checks, it's not the end of the world. And if you are lucky you might find a way to make sunglasses of sorts, or at least a spell or magic item that would help.

For the aquatic elf, could I just have a jar of water to stick my head in, or do I actually have to go jump in a lake? And if it's the latter, it sounds like a desert campaign with the desert orc and such without much water...

All right, it is narrowed down. Crazy fighter with a huge falchion and small wit or a sarcastic as hell assassin. A tough decision.

To Start kamikazebomba February 28 2007, 07:39:21 UTC
Just so you know what you are starting with, you guys will be lvl 3, given 2,700 gold, but you can't buy a single item worth more than 1,350. so you can consider your feats and such. I havn't decided where you guys are starting but that is kind of up to you guys, and the type of characters you pick.

flamboyent eh? as in loves the cock flamboyent or outrageously odd flamboyent?

Also do you guys want to roll your own stats, or would you like me to roll them here and tell you so you can make your characters on your own. I usually like to oversee character creation but if you feel comfortable enough with the character creation process to do it on your own you are welcome to.

umm.... the first one?
im going over to your place probably on friday, i will roll while you oversee.

And i still cant decide on whether i should be a tank, or a damage dealer. Im looking to later become a blackguard. Thoughts anyone?

Well, if you are going blackguard you are required to have power attack, cleave and improved sunder, which tend to work better with 2 handed weapons, also you should consider being a fallen paladin, cause the lvls in paladin will make your blackguard abilities better. I would let you start as a 3rd lvl fallen paladin if you want.
