I am proper naffed off!!!
I just found out that the bouquet I ordered from an internet florist for my mum was absolute pants and the actual arrangement bore NO resemblance to the product picture on the website!!!
Obviously I have just written a long letter expressing my displeasure and demanding my money back. If I am faced with any lip, I'm going to have to report them to the trading standards - that's how infuriated I am.
It's not the money, it's the fucking state of the flowers; it's flowers for my mother, for a special birthday, and they just fucking tried their luck with some sub-standard piece of shit. I'm so upset my head is starting to hurt.
