Shrinking vehicles

Over the last three years, but especially over the last year, I have noticed a dramatic reduction in the number of SUVs and minivans on the road in our area. I think this is a very good thing. I wonder if it is the same in other counties? Counties around here have distinct personalities and people here tend to be more working class. I wish now ( Read more... )

I think around here, there are more than ever. Just trying to park in some of the shopping centers is a nightmare at times. We are planning to downgrade to a smaller vehicle in the not distant future. We have a Camry and it's a pain to park and after seven years we still haven't got the hang of the space around it. So smaller, it is...plus cheaper to run.

We still have tons of BDVs (Big Dumb Vehicles) around Ann Arbor. Camrys are considered small around here.
