Friends
There are some days that I wish I still had easy access to friendships like I did at Franklin
I really miss just getting a random text message or instant message saying people are going to the pub or hanging out...and no matter what I was doing I stopped and joined them. I guess to me that was real friendship--even if i had an exam the next day or hadn't gotten more than 4 hours of sleep, I still joined them for the fun of being around the people you care about. (and the funny thing was that it was my best semester in college!! ha!)
It makes me sad and annoyed when you set up times to hang out with people here at home, and then they flake on you. Or we have to say "no" because we have to work in the morning. I guess I just miss the fact that in college you can go out to the wee hours of the morning and be ridiculous and still get up for class in the morning no matter how rough of a night it was. Simply because that friendship meant more to you than your own well-being. bleh, i miss college and i'm super annoyed that people think it's ok to hang out at 11 pm on a Monday.
The real world blows, big time!
Other things that annoy me today:
1) I saw that guy that I really dislike from BDO at school. That sucked. I don't really give a shit about anything that happens in his life, seriously. He could rot in hell and I wouldn't care.
2) I got screwed out of test time on my exam because the professor put a check figure on a question worth 12 points that was not the correct check figure. I spent at least an hour trying to figure it out when I could've been checking my other answers. I lost my A- by 4 points because of that.
But on a positive note, I get to see Kellogg tomorrow. It's going to be a fun week!! There's a lot to catch up on after two years!
