Ugh! Fuck this noise, man...

For some reason I set myself up to go a bit longer than I really wanted to. It's my own damned fault, of course. I suppose I'll just have to snack some extra junk food tonight to make up for it.
I'm kidding. I'm just really whupped right now and I thought bitching about it would make me feel better. Meh. The downside, just by the by, of running to a Savage Lovecast is that you end up really wanting Dan Savage to shut the fuck up and end the show. Since that's not normally the case... well, you get the idea.

Stupids update: These are definitely getting easier. The slight strain they were placing on my lower back is nearly gone, and I no longer have to hold myself cautiously in position in order to do them. Originally there was a lot of easing into each one, testing and making sure my back could handle every single rep. Now there's no sense of strain and so I can just do the exercise. That's development.
