Bye bye tree
I watched some guys fell a huge tree this afternoon. It was kinda sad watching it fall down so quickly after all those years of pushing roots deep into the earth and swaying in the ocean wind. I wonder about all the change that tree has "seen" in my neighborhood over the years. It's death makes way for some new and surely overpriced condos.
On a side note, I've got to give props to those guys who climb up into huge trees to take them down safely. That is something I could never do since I'm not quite comfortable with heights and I'm a bit clumsy. Me high up in a tree with a chain saw=a very, bad idea.
