SG-1 Season 7: snark and random commentary
Having just finished Season 8, I think it's about time I did a rundown on Season 7. Accordingly, I give you a cut tag behind which lurks random reactions and sarcasm.

It is sad that the best person he had chemistry with was Daniel. Oh, by the way, have you ever read katie_m's Stargate Primer? It's required reading for any Stargate fan. :-) I figure you've seen at least some of S9 from a later entry, not sure of Season 10, but you're safe with this one since it was written midway through S8.
I think they sent MiniJack a dvd of pivotal Jack scenes to give him a sense of the character. And that boy is an awesome actor!
You know, I didn't used to like Orpheus, but it's grown on me. Daniel and Teal'c bonding is all sorts of aw for me.
Speaking of "Lifeboat," I would just like to reiterate that Janet Frasier rocks hardcore.
That cannot be said enough. :-)
As usual, Felger pretty much cracks me up for the entire forty minutes. Having Carter run out of patience and start biting his head off a little was an added bonus.
Hee hee. Felger never bothered me as much as the rest of fandom. And wasn't Chloe cute as a button?
Yes to Ishta and the gang. OMG.
I never picked up the Galaxy Quest dude was in Evolution...OMG, of course he was. I'm used to him more from his tv appearances. :-)
Did you know the Jonas/girlfriend haircuts were coincidental? He mentioned to the producers, hey I let my hair grow out, is that okay? And they said, sure, it's been months since the character's been seen script wise...And only after they watched the whole day's worth of filming in "dailies" did they notice he and girlfriend looked like the Bobbsey Twins. Oops! Too late now!

And sniffle, I was totally unspoiled for Heroes, but I won't bore you with my vehement reaction and resentment of that episode. ;-)

Yeah, apparently the fandom as a whole hates Felger. *shrugs* I thought he was hysterical. I know so many guys who are exactly like.
We know what's-his-name from Galaxy Quest so whenever we see him somewhere else (Stargate, veronica Mars) we all start gleefully quoting GQ at him. Speaking like Thermians is one of our favorite pastimes.
