Off the the ER I go..

Yesterday I was told to go into the ER by my OB's nurses (.. I couldn't catch my breath and started feeling faint and nauseated so they told me to head to the closest ER I just went ahead to ST V's anyways..
I get there, my charts weren't passed on like they said they would have been.. they sit there and were like rate your pain from 1-10 and I wasn't in pain so they were like wait here.
I got an EKG done sat in observation for 3-4 hours and given oxygen then released. They said to go to my doctor Saturday morning and they aren't even open then so I called my doctor once again and said can you see me now instead of Saturday .. They didn't even know what I was talking about and scooted me in.. then I get in to see the doctor and they asked me why I was here not even knowing I just came from the ER.... They said this stuff happens and basically told me to go home and rest.
No bloodwork...nothing..
So today I felt okay and decided to continue on with my plans as I usually do on Fri/Sat go out get a bite to eat and hit some yard sales.. well I went into my usual shop towards the end just to pick up my Allen's and head home and I passed out..
Luckily I woke up and made it to my car where the lady there sat with me till I gained my wits.. begging her not to call an ambulance ..I called her and let her know I made it home okay I just really am concerned now.. two days in a row with this fainting dizzy nausteated can;t catch my breath feeling.. it's like a panic attack but not.. that's what has got me worried..
I am waiting /dreading my glucose screening because it could be low blood sugar...but the 27th can't come fast enough..
