So, new House tonight. I knew there was a reason I loved Tuesdays. Also, OMFG this episode killed me, administered CPR, then killed me again.

I have always been a fan of kid, right since my very beginnings in Les Mis fandom before I knew what fandom was. And I have always suspected that House could actually be quite good with the right kid. He was good with the kid in All In, and in Need to Know. It was only a couple of minutes, but if he wants to, he can be good. Just as he can be so vicious when he wants to.

I've friended you, just in case you manage to get a House kidfic written.

I'm a big kidfic fan too, and have written quite a few kidfics in other fandoms. Still, House is tough to apply to it. I agree that he can be really good with kids, given the right ones to interact with. He's got the knack for speaking directly to a kid, being upfront and honest without condescending that a lot of kids would respond to.
