hello first day of august
wow. i can't believe it's august already. i wrote on my calendar to start looking for mars tonight, and every night. it should be seen at it's best on the 27th. anywho.
just got back from vacation to "happy" rehoboth beach de. it rained a lot and was cloudy for the most part. but it was fun.
gina met me at kutztown on thursday right after i was finished taking my final for audio production. thank god that class is over.. it was an easy class just a pain in my ass. i hope the grades come out soon. so adam stuck around after his final and then he, gina, darkness and i went down to see parker, after gina got some quality china king. i think im' going to order china king on night 1 of staff training in 2 WEEKS! anywho.. so we went down to see parker's pad. and it is freakin' awesome! i call it "parker's pad" cuz he's the only one fully moved in right now since his parents moved to florida and sold their house. and he is still working and stuff so he has to stay in a hotel when he goes home to work. i think he's only working on weekends so that's not so bad. anyway. once we were on the road home it was like 3 30. not a problem, just we'd hit more traffic.. it's cool though, we had "pam and gina's puerto rican jams! a fricken good mix!" to listen to, minus the song of the trip.. lol
YOU AND ME GO FISHIN' IN THE DARK!
we got down to rehoboth around 7 and unpacked and everything. once we were settled.. the booze was brought out. we were drinkin some lovely smirnoff twists and triple blacks that my parents bought. it was a party pack. and my dad wanted to play cards real bad down there, so i busted out my poker table top and all my funtimes chips he bought me. it looks like i have 2 small revolver cases lol. anywho. we had some drunken fun. phonecalls included. then we went to bed. i woke up exactly at 9 am and then it was raining and stuff on friday. once it cleared up a bit and we had a few more drinks we all went mini golfin'. so yeah, drunk mini golfing was fun! lol i sucked so bad. when we were done there, we went back to the place we were stayin' at, gina and i went swimming at the pool there, and then when we were done, around 7 30, we went back, had dinner, then we hit up the RB boardwalk. pretty awesome if you ask me, we were talkin' to this UK fellow named paul at the wack-a-mole game. lol. gina almost won! she had 240, but ya need 250. i suck at that game cuz i stay at the same pace throughout the game, so i miss a lot of moles. lol. we went back to the place then around like midnight or somethin. we were tryin to find guys but we couldn't tell if the pairs of guys were really good friends.. or gay. lol. that kinda sucks.. anyway.. we drank some more back at our place. went to bed. woke up the next day, where it was cloudy, but not raining. so gina and i headed for the beach. the sand was pretty hard cuz there's a lot of rocks in it, and it was all matted down from the crazy rainstorm overnight. but we could still get some sun. i didn't put any sunscreen on, cuz i didn't think i was goign to get anything, well.. boy was i wrong. I GOT SOOO SUNBURNT! i fell asleep listening to yellowcard on my mp3 player and my back and legs and my arms are like the color of magenta or something.. and i'm STILL giving off heat and it hurts a lot. it keeps me up at night. it really sucks.. this aloe after sun lotion stuff is my best friend right now.. well actually gina is for puttin it on my back lol. and my mom.
so yeah, saturday night we went down to ocean city maryland and i didn't realize how badly burnt i was until the drive down when it started to soak in. it hurt so bad to walk, sit, move basically. we met up with gina's sister and friends and then went down the boardwalk to their hotel and then i laid down and took some ibuprophen.. that made me feel a little better. i took pictures of everyone else taking a shot! lol "rock out with my cock out!"
i got sick, dizzy, woozy.. and stuff so we left ocean city sooner than later.
we got back to our place and i just passed out on the bed. strangely.. but i woke up like 3 hours later and got changed into my pjs that hurt like a mofo. it was all scratchin my sunburn and everything.
so there was no drinkin' goin on that night.
sunday consisted of waking up, applying aloe lotion, eating breakfast, packing up. then we headed to the beach/boardwalk again. gina and i went separately but we met up with my parents on the road, and we even stopped TWICE to take pictures at funny signs.. and then they got a parking spot before we did! it was crazy! but we eventually got a really good parking spot.. after i had a little overreaction heated "daddy" moment.. where i caused a scene and everything. oh well it's over and done with.
so after all that, my parents walked over to our super awesome parking space, and we all went to the arcade together.. my dad and i played this poker game and got almost 1000 more tickets and i ended up getting 2 pretty cool fish lights and a napoleon dynamite picture for gina and a lollipop that was really 150 points, and the guy gave it to me for 50 points! lol i was like, "isn't that 150?" and he's like "yeah" lol it was pretty funny.
so then my parents left for home, and gina and i stayed to shop and stuff. i wanted to get an airbrushed license plate so we went to the store where they did it.. and the hot guy that does the airbrushing was like, "it'll take like 2 hours" so in those hours we went to coldstone, and then to the beach.. laid out for a while.. i was fully clothed.. i got some good ocean pictures though lol.. i was wearing as much as i could PLUS SUNSCREEN so i wouldn't get more burned ! lol then the license plate and her tshirt she got turned out super nice and awesome and then we headed home.
on the way home we stopped at rest stop and then getting back on the highway, we went the wrong direction! lol so i had to flip a bitch and pull a u'y in one of those cop holding areas lol.. and then we missed the exit for route 100.. and hten got lost in goshen lol.. and before we knew it we were back on track onto route 100. and we ended up leaving the beach at like 4 30 and then getting home at like 9 lol crazy!
anyway.. now that i'm back home, it's back to work.. i work today at 4 30 so we're doing some laundry now. and then yep.. work tomorrow, and then I HAVE A DATE ON WEDNESDAY!! richbuddie from applebee's asked me out on a date for wednesday night.. we're going to see wedding crashers at the last possible time lol .. i.e. 9 50pm lol. im so excited. i heard it was so hilarious.. check out this feedback..
