(no subject)
this monring, i have realized that it's been quite a while since i updated. probably because my computer toperok another shit and changed everything around in my web browser.. so that means, i lost all my bookmarks, and my homepage was changed. and i've been so busy that i didn't get a chance to change it back.. hence no update. but now that i woke up early to lazy myself around.. i changed it and there will hopefully be more updates.
so far this summer has been a crazy one. it all started with working at applebee's again.. doing more carside hours which was nice.. and then keeping with the work topic.. i took my mom to smokey bones up in reading for her bday.. i saw they had togo, and my server told me that they get paid great money, get a discount for friends and family anytime they want, besides the 50 percent employee meal.. you can eat on the clock.. little things i wouldn't even think of at applebee's cuz they don't offer you ANYTHING!!! i seriously hate that place. but i've been working at smokey bones for a month and a week and things are great.. i make my few mistakes but when i get the chance to sit myself down and think about those mistakes, i don't make more.
so yeah, i'm working like everyday.. closing.. which means from 4:30- at least 11:30 i am working.. and then whenever we all get to leave, i dont' get home til at least 12:30. soo yeah..
also this summer at the end of june, i started my summer class:audio production. that class is a breeze, i have an a.. so far. i need my final project graded and my final exam is on thursday. i'll find out today what i got on my final project, and therefore how many points i need to get on my final exam to get an a. but that goes from 1-3:30. and sometimes when we had lab days scheduled i would go in early.. like around 10 am and stay till like 2. then i would go home in between there and work and iron my work pants etc. etc. but if it wasn't a lab day.. i'd go to school by 1, then when class was over, drive over to work. and then i wouldn't get home til at least 12:30.
it's going to feel good to walk out of that room when im done my final and head for rehoboth beach. i haven't had a vacation since who knows.. if i can't remember when or what happened on the vaca.. then it's been too long. anyway. gina's coming down to kutztown when i have my final and then we're meeting up at school somewhere around 2pm and then we're gonna stop down at parker and joe's place [kyle didn't move in yet, so it's just parker/joe right now lol] for a little bit and then head back to my house where we'll pack up the car.
my car is a mess and a half. i want to vacuum it before we go tomorrow.. but. i don' know when i'll have time for that. i haven't even had time to deposit money into my bank.. which is now wachovia.. i switched over this summer cuz i hate sovereign.
so yeah, give me a call sometime if you wanna chat or wahtever..; not guaranteeing you that i'll answer cuz i'll probably be at work or class. lol.. but if you want to talk to a drunk pam.. call this weekend, cuz that's what me, gina, and the parents are gonna be.. F'N WASTED yes!
well.. i don't know if my mom's gonna be wasted, i've never seen her drink a lot.. but i've seen my dad drunk off his ass.. "i can sing!!!!!!!" lol i love my dad. lol... anyway. i must go eat breakfast and iron the work clothes and get ready for class and try to fit in some more studying and possible get up to school early to study w/ peoples.. later on livejournal friends!
*moment of realization* the day i get back from the beach.. i then have exactly 15 days before i move in to school. i have to move in early for staff training. so in those two weeks i'm probably going to be working A LOT. i also had requested off for the warped tour. which i have to buy my ticket yet and get my manager to sign my request. anyway.. i still want to hang out with my cool btown peoples. so in those two weeks shit will happen.. cuz my class will be done.. and hopefully i get more morning shifts therefore my nights are free!!! w00t!
