Vague, but seemed to have some mucking about in an interior (possibly hospital-ish); the 13th (! current!) Doctor (and possibly some of her fam; not clear) may have been involved. (Seeing the BBC's 13th Doctor's PSA yesterday undoubtedly led to this imagery.) 

Bit of urban wandering, then in an interior setting where I seemed to be hanging out with my college sophomore roommate. (She has her own slightly fey, mischievious side). Wandering some interior, seeing a cluster of birds (?) up on the wall. Or they were sat upon some architectural feature. Not sure if they were (all) alive or not. But maybe yes; then there was something also on the ground, alive, that I interacted with. I may have tried to pick up a bird who was not really in the mood to be picked up.

In an interior; was spending time (or part of? Not clear) with a family who had twin grade school-aged blond girls. One fancied herself Fae, and was in generally Indulged in that behavior by her family members. Spent time wandering in a rambling building; felt as if mostly current co-workers were around. At one point, was looking at this hat which seemed to have another layer sewn on, almost as if a double-hat, or could have just been a continuation (a new knit section added on).

Wandered a warren-like interior, with varying levels (impression of stairs) that contained various people and animals. i played with something that either was, or reminded me of my cat. Spent some time at some vent similar to a convention, in that as it was apparently winding down, certain barrier-like objects were being removed, as if the event was now starting to be broken down. So, was some interior setting with people coming and going.
