Some weird scenario where there was some airlock type of set-up (possibly a portal access), and someone was going to let these fierce wolf-like creatures in; I got the impression (whether rightly or wrongly) that they might kill ya pretty easily; nevertheless, I ended up interacting with one or two of them by going inside.
