After Almost A Month of Not Posting...
We got our "notice" from the bank today. It isn't really a notice, though, more like a "call us for more information" flyer.
We are to contact them within 10 days and ask for more details on the options given and/or let them know what we've decided.
We can:
a) choose to try and buy the property from them,
b) choose to try and rent the property from them, or
c) "move out with assistance" and get cash for keys.
I wish we'd have had a little more time before they showed up, but at least things aren't as bad as I thought they'd be.
