COF Merch Pictures

Despite being home sick today and spending 75% of the day in bed, I am indeed feeling better... and I got a lovely surprise: the rest of my recently ordered Cradle of Filth stuff arrived in the mail.

I am very pleased with all of it, and, since I promised I would, I've uploaded some crappy camera phone pics to share with you.

These first images are of the pendant and pin I've been coveting for ages. My camera, for whatever reason, refused to take a decent picture of either. Both are about 1 1/4" in diameter, made of pewter (but lightweight), stamped on the back with the official Cradle of Filth logo to show that they are licensed and legitimate. The pendant came on a lengthy waxed black cord, and I am considering changing it out for an actual chain.

The wallet is made of a somewhat leather-like fabric, with the Cradle of Filth logo stitched - not printed - on the front. It is fitted with a surprisingly substantial chain that ends in a lobster clip and is attached to the wallet itself with a metal key-chain style ring that slips through a metal grommet.

A close-up of the logo.

Above is the inside of the wallet. This thing has a ton of pockets and pouches, and there's even a zippered pocket on the back outside of it, too! Forgive my black and white hand - the B&W setting was the only way to get my phone to take a decent picture of the jewelry and wallet. No worries, though - the jewelry is silver, and the wallet is black with white stitching and a silver-coloured chain!

And now...

In order to give you as decent a picture as possible, I had to switch the camera back to colour for this one, and unfortunately that still doesn't capture this bag very well - the camera insisted on depicting everything as being almost orange. I attempted to re-touch it in GIMP to make it more accurate. This was the best I could do. It's roughly a foot tall and a foot wide, more a large purse than a "messenger bag", made of rough black fabric with very smooth screen-printing making up the design. The stylized picture shows a model posing as Elizabeth Bathory bathing in a tub of virgin's blood. The inside is smooth and satin-like, with a small zippered pocket on one side. The strap is adjustable.

Cheers.
