Kenneth Branagh has reportedly cast Brian Blessed as Odin for the upcoming Thor film.
WHAT. NOT AS VOLSTAGG?! This...this travesty, this mockery of what is right and sacred and good, shall not stand! Mr. Branagh, you will answer for this!
That being said, BRIAN BLESSED IN THE THOR FILM. Yussss! He has the voice for Odin, surely.
I'm still on my dinosaur kick. I was e-mailing mercuryeric last night and linking him to YouTube clips from the BBC series Walking With Dinosaurs because I remembered that there is a rather fist-pumpingly awesome sequence wherein a pissed off seven-ton herbivore casually fronts against two alpha predators and sends them scurrying away in terror. You know what? It's nice to see the herbivore occasionally win.
