These are the hurtful words of someone who feels betrayed.
My guess is that someone in your life was hurt by falling in love with you or the person they thought you were, and finding that you did not return the intensity of their feelings, felt manipulated and lied to.
In their anger and playing the role of the victim in fine fashion, they decide that instead of taking personal responsibility for having mistaken your smiles, true warmth, and affection for something more, they cast you as the villainous arch-manipulator who charmed them, faked empathy, and who was given power which they abused. In other words this person did nothing and you did everything to them in premeditated malice aforethought. They are so hurt that they want the "fake you" - the you they thought you were and who betrayed them - to step in front of a bus. Pretty rational stuff huh?

Yes, you enjoy your drama. Who doesn't? We all indulge even if only to to gossip about the "real drama queens."
This is sad. Sad for them. In short. Fuck them. :)

A list... you like lists... chelleann77 November 17 2007, 16:31:30 UTC
1) Anyone who matters in your life would respect you enough to have a conversation about any of this to your face. People who take an opportunity like an anonymous live journal post to say deliberately hurtful and malicious things to an honest request for feedback is not someone you want in your life. They are passive aggressive cowards. Your important people see your flaws and love you anyway, and sometimes the love you BECAUSE you have flaws. ( not to say these flaws are accurate at all ( ... )

I do like lists.
Ok, so I just commented on your LJ a little bit ago before I read this.
But I just have to respond to say Thank You.

Thank you for pointing out the stuff that I was too upset to hear from anyone else. It's really nice to have someone clear-headed like you around to ground me. I think it'd be better if we were crafting (and maybe drinking). What are your plans after Thanksgiving weekend? Or, better yet, are you around for Dickens and some strolling in-between your dancing?

I'd just be repeating a lot that G and Chelle said so I'll settle for this: they suck. Period. End of story.

I don't comment much (less than I should, I know), but I have to disagree with the statements about how much anonymous has been in your life.

Anyone who's actually been let in would see your love for your friends and how much you do for them. It seems to me, they've seen your public face, the outgoing nature that masks some real shyness and feel it's 'fake'. Don't let it ruffle you. It's just some jackass trying to get under your skin.

Although, see above anonymous post for a drama queen in the true sense.

Awww.

It's ok that you don't comment - what I want is more posting. I mean, so few pictures of you and the baby....this is what we want to see.
