Wig collection and mini dollmeet(?)
XT and I went to Liang Court 2 days ago to collect the 2 wigs which I ordered. Bought Kalcifer along and gosh.... He's such a heavy boy.
I was kind of nervous initially. Worrying about my own level of socializing skills and also this being sort of my first outdoor dollmeet (I'm not sure if the meet with XT's Lucio is counted XD). Man... It was awkward initially. As soon as the group of BJD owners at the table saw me approaching with the bulky white bag, there was a moment of deafening silence and then us staring at each other. With a "Hi!" that I choked out, I killed the silence. What followed was the dilemma to introduce myself as "Kalcifer" or "ZT". I found it embarrassing to call myself "Kalcifer" 'coz that wasn't me to begin in the first place XD. So yeah, "ZT". Somehow... the scenes just moved along and XT and I settled down at the table soon enough.
Heh, my worries were for nothing. They were kinda easy to click with. With me being all uptight and just smiling sweetly initially, I was soon leaking out a little, little only, of my hysterical laughter as time passed. Since there were only girls, conversation topics can be brought up pretty much easily. And what's with talking about lesbians and the boiling tube thing =.= Hahaha! Seriously, of all topics... we came to this. I wonder if I've scared anyone off with how much of a stalker/lurker I am.
But aiyo... I can't stand my paranoia.
It was good meeting some new people at this point of my life now. The reason being I have yet to pick up the damn mood to embrace my university life. So this is sort of a good kick start. Err... I didn't manage to get everybody's names and nicknames ^_^;;
Talking about uni... This coming Thursday I'm gonna take the bloody Qualifying English Test (QET). Hope I score well enough and have nothing to do with it in the future anymore. Wish me luck. And how the hell am I suppose to revise for it?
Anyway, took some other dolls' pictures during the wig collection. I did not take every single one that's present though. Was kinda put off by my handphone camera. ^^;; The photos don't do the dolls enough justice. They are much more gorgeous in reality. Even though the photos aren't that great, I still feel like putting it up XD. Call this stubborn.
Not sure if any owners gonna drop by here... But if anyone wants it off my blog, feel free to inform me~ Sorry for not knowing the names of the dolls and who do they belong to.
