(no subject)
hello hello hello
it is so DARK now at night. i left work earlyish and then returned via the supermarket, walked in the door and did some dishes and it was PITCH BLACK well very dark anyway. shocking.
all the exchange studenst and friends of exchange students are making me feel despondent. alas, to travel and be somewhere else - what a lovely idea.
however, my little compensation will be when in easter i go away. originaly it was intended to go to christchurch and then to rock climb and tramp, however, i am too ill and unfit for that. so now B and I are going to ohakune. to tramp and hopefully night run. substantially cheaper i suppose, maybe. hopefully it will be cold enough for me to wear my lovely blue new down jacket.
oh i did round the bays on sunday. it was unbelievable. so so many people!! it was crowded like a night club, the sort you have to elbow and ngih punch your way through to get anywhere from where you are standing. which is why i don't go to clubs or bars. plus of course there si the noise.
i had a third renal scintigram today. while there i saw someone from primary school, a really lovely girl who somehow ended up being a radiographer accidentally and meanderingly in her own words. that was nice to see her. plus i got to chat to her while lying down on the narrow bench hting (so narrow i could barely fit on it, and my arms could not at all) for 45 mins or so.
and now, back to my honey roasted peanuts. they are so good. my recent obsession :-)
