For some perspective...
Just so you know, the work I did for Housing NZ in April is still in the process of untangling itself from the red tape so I can invoice them for it. Apparently my email ended up in a recycling bin in Australia somewhere, and they only just tracked it down. And they still havnt got codes from their head office to file my work under, so theyre working on finalising that... etc. Theyre genuinely working hard to get me paid, but really? How hard can it be?
