Kitten!
Makellan and I just got a kitten today. We got him primarily as a companion for our 7 year old cat, Rizzo. The kitten has been named Loiosh, and is a Russian Blue which we got through a purebreed rescue service called Town Cats. He is up to date on all his shots and has been microchipped. Loiosh is about 4 months old and was scheduled to be euthanized in a couple of weeks. We are so glad to have saved a life and to have improved our own in the process. Loiosh and Rizzo seem to be getting along just fine so far. Rizzo is still not sure if he likes the idea of having another cat in the house, but he seems to be alright with it.
I would have been going to Shakespere in the park with Nightshade and Makellan, but I figured since I was the one who wanted the kitten, I should probably stay home this evening and supervise the cats. ^_^
