A walk-about and an update
A friend just asked for help for her daughter who was in the hospital due to diabetic complications. I decided to go OBE to see what was up. When I showed up I saw the person hovering over her body worriedly with something else in residence. In fury I yanked the OTHER thing out of the body and shoved her in. I quickly tried to help her do a reconnect to her body and noticed her subconsious was avoiding contact. I brought it forth and saw it didn't recognize her even though it was CLEARLY her sub-conscious?!? I introduced them, saw an unwillingness to stay in body; asked them to please stay stable for a few minutes while I dealt with the THING I was holding onto.
I took the THING into different space and long story short bound and blessed it to only take unused bodies and asked a couple of my allies to watch it and get my attention if it tried to break these rules.
When I returned to the body I saw that her subconsious and her were kind of starting to interact, but it was like she had quit. I asked her subconsious to hold the fort for a while while I went on a "walk" with her. We went to a few different places sightseeing. After a little bit I ask her to please recognize the choice she was making. Helped her to see that she needed to make a decision. Does she really want to leave? I helped her see that if she really wanted to leave she needed to decide whether she wanted to kill the body or let another spirit in to finish the body's life. She needed to recognize what each decision could/would do to those who love her. I ended up looking for her spirit guide to council her and was a bit surprised with what I found... I've never seen a peacock spirit guide before! It didn't talk. It mostly looked into her eyes and did some pretty intense soul speak. It was clear to me at that point it was my cue to exit.. and I did.
In the middle of typing this I looked in on her body to see what is up... doesn't look like she returned yet, but in the process I realized she was wide open and went to shield her. Tossed up a "God-White-Light" shield with no trouble, but when I went to expand it I ran into something. There is a very big "unfriendly" who has claimed that hospital. After a bit of negotiating I got it to agree to leave her alone, use its influence to ensure she gets good care and warn any who bear my mark away from the hospital in trade for my backing off and respecting its territory. One of these days I'd be seriously tempted to find out which hospital she is in and go confirm.
It's kind of wierd doing this kind of stuff. I receive a lot of confirmation in a lot of different areas of my magical walk, but this is an area that I've done little to confirm as I considered it a little "too out there." But now I have someone in the tribe of American Indian background who wants to learn to spirit walk... I know a lot of theory and have done these walk-abouts for a long time, but this is an area I haven't done much to prove my experience in. Thus I am going to start doing so with the following exercise.
Last night I started doing an exercise which involves a shoebox. What you do is place a grid on the bottom of the shoebox and then put an item or two in there. I'd recommend one of the items be a die and the other item be a coin. In the middle of the grid make a unique and simple design to act as a "target." After you place the items in, you cover the box with a lid and then shake the box to flip the coin+die and move everything around. With lid still on put it down in a safe place where it won't be moved. Then you astral project to the box and note details. Write in a journal:
- Where on the grid the items are.
- How they are Spacially related to each other.
- What side the die is on
- Which side the coin is on
- and other details you can confirm.
My grid has 32 squares. Thus with a 2 in 32 chance I put the wrong item in the correct place. I had the correct "relationship" aka what things looked like relative to each other, and I got the coin right as it was face down. I was wrong about which side of the die was showing. Everything said and done I feel I did pretty well for my first time. After I get another camera (My current one is broken) I will probably setup a website where people can join in, project to the same box I'm using every night and check the website for the picture afterwards to see if they were right or wrong. I'll probably have to set the box outside though... forgot about the house shields and I'm not willing to open up a hole for the sake of experimenting.
Anyhoo... That's a bit of my current thinking style. As for an update on ME. OTS was limping along,but it looks like I might be announcing a hell of a change in that area soon. Wish me luck and positive opportunity with good follow through.
Started a community when I went broke and we got a good start. Some of the original persons are kind of pulling away, but that's to be expected with as much growth and change as we've done. Setup a website for the group. Haven't purchased the domain name yet so the website is using a temporary domain and we have a couple technical issues related to that. You can see the current versions @ http://tribeofthe7thgate.org.yourtempsite.com/joomla/ We're putting in new content almost daily and the store will be up and running soon. It's amazing how much is happening so quickly.
