Life's ups and downs
Coming back from vacation to the reality of work showed me that life still has lots of ups and downs to throw my way. Vacation was awesome. Loved the lake and the company there. Was great to see Sean, David, Erich, Allie, Ken, Lisa and Zach again as well as meeting Bogmuk and family and Kriss. We had a great time relaxing on the waterfront. Chris and I got to get out and kayak a bit as well. Was so soothing to the nerves.
Back to work and back to stress. Have had to help a client to accept some bad news about her wonderful older dog. Also have a great set of new clients with a wonderful kitten that just wants to live. After working on him for 72 hours and talking to every specialist I could get on a phone with, I finally got him transfered to a specialty clinic. I hope he makes it. I have never seen such a want to live in such a sick pet. He touched the hearts of every single person in our clinic.
