Breakfast
Made the strangest breakfast ever for Alex, and he loved it to bits yesterday.
Took a potato and diced it up with the skin still on. Cooked it up in a pan with a little butter, veggie oil and salt/pepper. Cracked 3 eggs into it and cooked it up together making this potato/scrambled egg combo thing. Threw in some hunks of velveeta cheese and melted it all together; served with bread and ketchup.
Weirdest. Thing. EVER.
And he LOVED it.
Might try and make it again this morning, or go with grilled-ham-and-cheese sandwiches instead. Not sure yet really, will likely depend on what he mutters when I poke him to get up this morning.
I know, not much of an update, but at least you guys know I'm alive and taking good care of my man. ^.^
