[Req] Ghost Hunt - The Question - Noll & Gene
Requested by akinarei (how about an introspective look at what both Gene and Noll find attractive about Mai?)
Really, it had been a simple question. So simple in fact, that his lack of reply had caused his brother to flash that annoying grin. He rolled his eyes just thinking of it again. It wasn’t that he couldn’t answer it, more that he felt no need too.
His twins’ answer wasn’t surprising.
Her spirit. Actually more her dedication and heart she put into anything she did. She had the take no prisoner’s attitude about her when she set her mind to something. But she always led with her heart. His twin enjoyed that about her. Course it sometimes got her into trouble but that was another reason his brother liked this quality.
When the question had been turned on him though, he had just shrugged, hence the grin he received. He felt no need to answer since if he had found nothing about her he liked, why would he have kept her on as help and even promoted her to investigator. Yes, she was annoying, loud, jumped to conclusions and not the smartest girl but she made good tea and was a halfway decent investigator. That was the answer he had finally given his brother after he had refused to drop the subject.
Again that grin but along with it came a head shake.
He sighed looking at the mirror again but only saw his own reflection. Closing his book and his eyes he heard his voice once again…
You’ll answer me truthfully one day, I know you.
Hmmm introspective?? Dont think I hit that but again, this is Noll we're talking about, it kinda became more Gene teasing Noll on the subject. XD Hope you liked it Aki ^^ I should take requests again soon, this was fun. I really did want to write it and not use names but you run empty on pronouns pretty fast XD Hope its not confusing.
