Many had tried. Nearly all had failed. The few whose attempts paid off got the business end of a tonfa up-side-the-head. But really, how could you not at least try it.
She could feel their glances on her, always pulling away just at the last minute. When she did catch them, well there is that tonfa business again. But ask any of them, it was well worth it.
Hibari Kyouna heads to Namimori Middle School amid a sea of gawking herbivores. Her coat tails hang in the air as she glides by them almost as a schooner cuts effortlessly through the water. Before rounding the corner she thrashes a helpless passerby whose eyes went further then she would allow. Her moves are flawless, like brushes to a canvas, red being the color she uses the most. Red is always good. Green though is better.
She arrives at the school gates, looking up to the council room she sees he is already working. A smirk parts her pouty lips.
The rule is “Do Not Disturb if door is closed” and applies to all students. Well with one exception.
Hibari Kyouya had just finished his morning inspection of the school, now writing out his "to-do" list. Really it was more of a hit list.
Point 3: Find out who's been writing on the bathroom walls, bite them to death.
Point 4: Anyone who cuts in line, bite them to death.
Point 5: Teachers who do not assign appropriate work, bite them to death.
"Don't you get tired of that, Kyou-chan?"
The normally stoic Chairman breaks his pencil tip. "I've told you not to call me that." His eyes flash a deadly glare that would have made any normal person run for the hills. His twin simply gives him an eye roll back. Strutting past her brother, Kyouna props herself up on the desk, crossing both legs over the top of the table.
“Wouldn’t it be easier to just do the list instead of writing it out before hand?” her velvety voice purrs in his ear. “Skip the paperwork.”
Hibari jerks away slightly, “One must keep accurate records. Don’t you have someplace else to be?” the annoyance in his voice is unmistakable. This only fuels Kyouna.
“Nope.” She turns over, now kneeling on the table, her boots hanging off the edge, she moves next to Hibari, their faces nearly touching. With the tenacity of a feline in heat she inches ever closer. Just as her tongue nearly grazes his ear, Hibari jumps back, his chair falling onto its side. Victory is hers.
“I win again.” Kyouna throws her head back laughing.
“You do not play fair.” Hibari replies coldly not looking at her.
“Should I?” swinging her legs over the side of the desk crossing them she eyes her twin.
Before Hibari can answer the tune of the Namimori school song pipes into the air, both whip out their phones. Hibari returns his to his pocket.
“Tsk, Cavallone again.” Kyouna mutters flipping it closed. “If he texts me one more time I’m on the next plane to Italy to personally bite him to death.”
“I told you he was annoying.” Hibari fixes his chair sitting back down at the desk, grabbing a new pencil from the drawer he starts his work again.
“Personally, I’d rather go after that other Italian hottie.” Kyouna remarks casually. This time the pencil snaps in half. “I love how it bothers you that I beat him and you didn’t.”
“You didn’t beat him, he was at his limit. You got lucky is all. Your moves were sloppy with him.” Hibari looked up at his sister. “He was playing with you, that’s his style. He probably knew before what his limit was so he didn’t go all out on you. “ Hibari’s hands gripped the desk.
“A win is a win, no matter how it comes.” Kyouna hopped down off the desk making her way to the door. “Isn’t that right Sawada Tsunayoshi?”
Drawing back Kyouna kicks open the Council room door watching some eavesdroppers fall to her feet.
“WHAT THE HELL?” Gokudera shouts up at her. “You can’t just go around kicking doors in? You almost hurt Juudaime!” His flustered features bring a smile to her face.
“It’s okay Gokudera-kun. “ Tsuna responds nervously laying just inches from Kyouna’s black boots. “We’re sorry we just needed to tell Hibari-san something.”
She watches the two of them stand in front of her, Tsuna still massaging his head. The whiny one to his right muttering something about “getting her” later, oh she will be ready. The other one simply had the stupid grin he always wore. Kyouna never knew why but something about the one Tsunayoshi referred to as Yamamoto never set well with her. For one he always managed to dodge her attacks, she noticed he was the only one remained standing in all this.
This bothered her immensely.
“I’m listening.” She replies callously.
Tsuna fought turning red. “Umm not you Hibari-san, I meant your brother, Hibari-san.”
“Yes?” Hibari now stood slightly behind his sister, his thin eyes piercing.
“Uh w-we need to all meet after school in the yard.” Tsuna stammers.
“I’m busy.” Hibari retorts, “Being on school property after hours is a crime.” He leaned closer to Tsuna bringing his tonfa up across his chest. “You know what will happen.”
Kyouna folds her arms first looking at her brother and then down to Tsuna, an evil smile formed on her lips.
Tsuna froze. Against his better wishes he was nearly face to face with the two people in this life that scared him the most. His mind scrabbled trying to figure out how to get out of this.
“Relax Hibari.” Tsuna hears a light hearted voice next to him also feeling an arm now on his shoulder. “Tsuna knows the rule, it’s just the Kid needs us all together for something.” Yamamoto flashes his patented smile.
Silence. The only thing Tsuna could hear was his heart pounding.
“Fine.” Hibari sighs. “But if I find even the smallest piece of damage, I’ll…”
“We know, we know! Let’s go!” Yamamoto pushes Tsuna along with Gokudera, who had once again starts yelling, down the hall out of sight.
Hibari rolls his eyes as he walks back to the desk. Grabbing his own coat throwing it over his shoulders he heads for the door.
“What’s today’s goal?” Kyouna twirls her right tonfa.
“Twenty-five.” Hibari answers. The twins walk into the hall together, instep parting the sea of students in their path.
Kyouna scoffs, “I’ll have that done before lunch.” Her tonfa strikes another gawking boy who forgot to look away in time. “One.” She winks at her brother before darting off down another hallway.

Author's Notes: I fully apologize to Kasu!!! m(__)m I...I hope my vers of Kyouna was decent...
This was actually fun to write and considering right after I started it I received La Femme K in the mail it was easier to pull Kyouna off XD If Hibari comes off a bit OOC I do feel that the only person who could truly get to him would be his own twin XD I do feel like it ends kinda abruptly but I really couldnt think of anything else. Hey this is over 1000 words! Last thing that even came close was ONiB 2 XD. Im hoping Kyouna returns later on, again she was fun to write.
Ok Rune 2 down 1 to go!
I hate coming up with fict titles...apologizes to Christina Aguilera
