I popped Kenshin's eyechips into Sano's eyemech to see if I've sanded them down enough, and... oh my. He looks pretty good like this. (Although without his headband, he looks like Random MJ X and not Sanosuke to me.)
I might get Sano new gray eyechips eventually. His current chips are a little too dark and make him look like he has no pupils.
I'm starting to get the hang of messing around inside Pullip/Taeyang heads. It's much faster work to take him apart and put him back together again than it used to be. I spent so long trying to put his springs back into place the first time... @_@ I'm NG at doing any work with my hands; they tend to shake like a diabetic old lady's.
