goddamn it Kubo does EVERYTHING have to end in "omg evil people have to die"? Bleach doesn't HAVE to be black-and-white! oh wait shit it does because of everyone's color scheme and everything NEVER MIND THAT. Stark and Lilynette and Ulqiorra could have had decent character development! Hueco Mundo doesn't have to be evil! Nel (and her wanker assistants but no one cares about them) doesn't have to be the only good Hollow in the entire fucking SOUL UNIVERSE! Ichigo talks big about having respect for his enemies but does that EVER extend to letting them live long enough to become good people or does it just mean he only lets sexy future fuck buddies people who are already on the "good side" like Byakuya live?
Also is it because penis envy swords zanpakutous "cleanse" hollows that everyone can go out and kill themselves some bad masked guys without worrying about the moral implications, because hollows get reborn as good people?
Oh wait, I'm expecting Bleach to actually make philosophical sense again. Silly me.
