Hi authornim! It's your prompter here! Sorry it took a while to comment, I was gonna wait til reveals but changed my mind LOL so here I am.
First of all I'd like to thank you for taking the prompt and for creating a beautiful piece out of it. This was my first ever prompt I've ever written for fandom and also the first one to get picked up, so I feel very grateful and honoured.
This fic was so lovely, authornim. At times sad, but always hopeful. I love the slow build of KaiSoo trying to find their way to love one another again (I actually love that you didn't give Jongin his memory back). My fave scene had to be the one where Soo laid it all out in the open for him, telling Jongin how their marriage was falling apart, I thought that was a tender, vulnerable moment.
I think you ended it so nicely as well and Jongin's last line of “I thought that was obvious. Whether I remember everything or not, we already have a second chance,” got me all choked up. His gentle heart is so beautiful :( And you can see how truly in love he is with Kyungsoo.
It was short but a lovely read nonetheless. Thank you so much again for taking the prompt, I hope you enjoyed writing it as much as I enjoyed writing the prompt AND reading your beautiful work.
