Today I finally went back to the gym after being sick all that time. It feels good to press some weights while observing the usual nonsense around me. I have a temp trainer as I only have six sessions left afterwards I am canceling it for good. I plan on only keeping the regular membership which I will suppliment with some active mags like Oxygen ( Read more... )

I had some work done yesterday now that my blood pressure was down to a more normal number. Anyway, all the numbing shit made me look as if I had had a stroke. I tried to drink some water but it dribbled out and I wasn't feeling that. Today it is feeling very sensitive to extreme cold or if I push on them they are a bit tender.
