Yay friday!

Hit the gym hard with some shoulder, chest and abs work out after cardio. It is actually nice to be able to use the machines due to the lack of people. Plus I am sure the weather turns off many but that means more space for the diehards like myself. I actually took my SanDisk in for some encouragement on the elliptical as I used another setting that has gradual raised levels. Whew! Gives the calves a serious work out for sure but man they need it for days I do both cardio and legs. Might do some leg work Sunday-nothing hardcore just enough to continue strengthening the tendons, ligaments and muscles around the knee.

I calculated how much weignt I have lost since really watching food intake and increasing the work out times. Eleven pounds since August! Amazing! No wonder the pants that were tight as hell aren't so tight and more breathable this month. Inches count just as much as pounds which for my final push for the year will really be wonderful to see these same pants be less tight. So at my current weight if I can lose another 17 lbs I will have broken the plateau weight I have been fighting for more than a year. That will require more than 2x weekly work out but three sometimes four times a week even if it is nothing more than 35-40 minutes on the elliptical.

Work was much easier this friday even though only two of us were there. Working out relieves the stress...that and a little teasing of the agents. Just about everyone is taken but its fun and they don't seem to mind.
