Ok so after working the numbers a bit I think I have the weight that would please me enough to push it that extra mile you know. Ten percent of my weight is roughly 26 pounds...so if I push my visits to the gym up to three or more days a week (sunday to sunday) I will loose that weight and hit just at 242 lbs a weight I have not been since before my father passed away some 16 years ago.
Sigh. This isn't going to be easy but is losing weight ever easy?
