Plant notes
First plantings of 2009 which isn't much. The disks I purchased a year ago are tough as nails so its going to take a few days of soaking to get them soft so I might just through them into the damn compost. I will pick up some seeding soil for the tomatoes but only the early varieties that can tolerate the cooler nights that run sometimes into May. I am unsure whether or not I should do the corn but perhaps next month would be better. Same for the peppers, herbs and so forth.
Sunday I will think about putting flower seeds around to take over where the weeds were having fun. I hula hoed all that shit sunday but the straw from the bales is still growing happily. Not for long either!!
