This is what we talk about while working.

Co-Worker:  Occupy Dallas movement has effectively been put to an end as a result of police evicting the protestors over night.

Co-worker: They were in violation of an ordinance saying that no one can sleep in city parks/property overnight

Me: heh

Point: werewolves are by definition only wolves part of the time. The rest of the time they are, appear to be, or for purposes of function are human. Ergo, no humans sleeping in the park at night applies to werewolves unless they are in their wolf form, thereby failing to meet the 'human' requirement.

Now, vampires...then the question becomes does the law only apply to the LIVING (placing vampires, who are sentient as a general rule but technically dead) or does it apply to all sentient beings, whether or not they meet the clinical definition of 'living'? Also, do vampires necessarily sleep? In Twilight, they do not. MY vampires do, though they prefer to sleep during the day--does the regulation only specify sleeping OVERNIGHT? Because if it's night, they could be there but not sleeping.

Zombies smell bad and just shamble around in large groups. I'd say the law might not apply, but since it would be difficult to tell them from the non-zombie Occupy Wherever We Happen to Be crowd, the law applies under the 'better safe than sorry' rule.
