Dear Mother Nature:
As you may have noticed, we are nearing Memorial Day weekend. We are well into Spring and only a few short weeks from the official start of Summer. At present it is less than 60 degrees outside and cloudy, with showers predicted. As a resident of California, I formally protest. The average temperature for May is around 77 degrees. We have had FIVE days this month that have met or exceeded this average. Five.
How am I supposed to justify my Spring Fever when we have no Spring?
Please kindly fix this, or at least provide me with a properly scorching California summer as compensation?
