I have realized that i am a sports girl, but not just any sports girl.  I'm a the-less-popular-sports girl.  You know, the ones with a lot of competitiveness where you win on sheer talent and skill.  For instance, the tour du france.  I eat that shit up.  Three weeks of watching men ride on bicycles.  You'd think it would be boring.  Totally isn't.  It was SO exciting.  Especially the end.  The end of the tour was today and it was truly exciting.  I had a great time watching it and give major kudos to Lance Armstrong for coming out of a four year retirement to place 3rd in the tour.  How amazing is that?  He was one of the oldest riders there.  I know I like a sport when, after watching it, I have the urge to go out and compete in something.  The Olympics made me feel that way.  Now I'm either going to go play Mario Kart or take up cycling.
