Not much going on right now.
I laid out a plan to move forward with my life and goals. Said plan is solid, and I'm confident in it.
Started working out again, focusing on cardio and exercises aimed at improving my troubled knees and back.
Friday weigh-in is 216 pounds. I'm aiming for 185.
I've developed an interest in horse racing this week, I'm thinking I'll go check out Scioto downs with a friend who's into it. Anybody got any (positive) betting advice?
My to-do list is getting shorter, I'm excited.
