This a touchy subject, but I will join even so. I have almost always been skinny, that is up until I turned 20 and it all turned. I think this change is more visible to myself than to others, but I have put on some weight (at one point 20 kg). This is of course very normal, but for the last 8 years or so I've not been happy about it. It has been on and off, sometimes I feel okey, other times not. The strange thing is when I look back at me 5 years ago I looked fabolous, and it's depressing that I didn't feel it. I had a period during 8th-9th grade where I actually felt great about my body and everything was bliss. I still have brief periods like that, but mostly I'm not happy. The sad thing is that it seems to not matter how skinny you are, you'll always find something you don't like. Skinny does not equal happy. For the last year or so I've felt horrible evrytime I had any kind of sweets. It's just so depressing. I wish we could go back to the idols of the old days where women were a little bit more chubby (and pretty)
The strange thing is when I look back at me 5 years ago I looked fabolous, and it's depressing that I didn't feel it. Isnt't that the oddest thing! I look at pictures of myself in high school and I think "whoa!" If I looked like that now, my gods, I wouldn't be covering myself up the way I did back then, let me tell ya! But back then I was still stuck in the mindset of being fat. Such a shame. I wish I could go back in time and kick my own ass, you know?
You are so pretty. :) I always wished I looked like you. And honestly? I know you lost a lot of weight recently, but I can't really tell the difference. That may sound bad to you, but to me, you've always looked really good. So that means I didn't notice that you'd put on weight either. :)
The sad thing is that it seems to not matter how skinny you are, you'll always find something you don't like. This is very true, of course. And that's why attitude is so important. If you don't like yourself - all of yourself - when you are fat, how can you when you are skinny

Because you were in freak accident that caused some minor brain damage that prevents you from eating more than two pieces of cake without hallucinating that you are the Empress of Rome?
