Kikon necklace - ordering difficulties
As you may have seen, the white version has sold out. If you ordered one while they were still available and have not yet received a confirmation email, your order was probably cancelled.
I enquired about this and they told me there had been some delay in updating the site to take the product down, so my order for it wasn't placed.
Also, I ordered both...they didn't remove the white necklace from my order and still send the black one; they cancelled the whole thing.
I'd advise you to check, especially if you ordered on 10th September, whether you received an automated confirmation email (not an invoice, as far as I know no one's been sent an invoice yet). If not, you may want to re-order or at least enquire as to whether or not your order went through.
According to shiki shop, there are only 14 black necklaces left in stock - I hope no one misses out.
EDIT: shiki shop have updated the international site and are now selling the second run of the necklaces.
