A new punctuation mark is needed!
I was thinking there needs to be some type of punctuation mark called something like the "full bang." There's the interrobang. I think we need something for when we state something strongly, but it's not really excited, but so strong that it sounds kind of angry and excited . . . like when a child or a dog that is in trouble has a named called. Or like you might emphasize I.! Don't.! Like.! Green.! Eggs.! And.! Ham.!
