Contemplation of New Media Final
Ok, a more general topic than minis gaming!
For those who don't speak to me daily, I've decided on the style and genre of my New Media final project (S2P2). It's an interactive comic book, written in a (generally) horror theme.
I'm planning to make reference to all sorts of things; Silent Hill, Alfred Hitchcock, Saw (and related movies), Zombies, etc. As well as anything I can fit in to the environment thematically.
I've got a few stories lines drawn up already -- it's going nicely. I've also got some character sketches done up and I'm advancing the concept steadily.
But I need more resources. I'm going to need horror enthusiasts who will be willing to critique the varying story lines, and I need some more ideas. Anyone know some good horror media for me to look in to? Movies, comics, short stories, all good. Slasher, suspence, anything scary. I'll probably try to make time for two scary movies a week while I work, if I can.
